I forgot my password

You can reset your Skills Base password by following the steps below.

Note that if your organization is using Single Sign On, you cannot reset your password via Skills Base. Instead, contact your organization's IT support team to reset your password.

  1. Navigate to your organization's Skills Base instance by using your organization's shortcut link. If you don't know your organization's shortcut link, see I can't find my organization's shortcut link.
  2. On the login form that is presented click "Help logging in"
  3. Click "I forgot my password"
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Follow the instructions that are sent to you via email to complete the process
